What are Chatflow modules and what are they used for?

Modules are the building blocks used to create conversational flows. They are divided into three categories:

  • Request Information: Collect data from the user (e.g., name, email, appointments).

  • Send Information: Send content such as text, images, links, or products.

  • Trigger Action: Trigger actions such as transferring to a human agent, processing payments, or activating API integrations.
