How does the “Chats” section work?

In the Chats section, you can manage active conversations, filter them by chatbot or channel (e.g., WhatsApp, Facebook), and view useful data such as name, email, and status. You can also assign a chat to yourself, use the automatic translator, and read the conversation transcript.
