Where to Find This Section
From the side menu, click Phone Numbers. In the top-right corner, click the + Add Number button: a screen will appear where you can select the country and area of the number you want to activate.
Activating a US or UK Number
US and UK numbers are activated within minutes of purchase β no documents required.
In the screen, select USA or UK as the country.
Choose the area from the dropdown menu.
Click Proceed to Purchase.
Review the costs shown (immediate charge and renewal plan).
Click Purchase to confirm.
The number will be activated within a few minutes.
Number Portability
If you want to transfer a number you already own from another provider, select the Portability option in the request form. Activation timelines depend on your current provider. You will receive email updates on the progress of your transfer.
Italy and Other Countries
For numbers outside the US and UK, activation requires a manual request.
Italy: Italian regulations require identity verification before any number can be activated. Select Italy in the screen to access the request form. You will need to provide identity documents and proof of address. The form must be completed in one session β you cannot save and resume. Activation takes up to 2 business days after the Romulus team receives all required documents, complete and legible. You will receive an email confirmation when the number is active.
Other countries: Select Other country in the screen and complete the request form. The Romulus team will contact you with availability and estimated activation timelines.
