1. Log in to the Dashboard
Log into your Romulus account.
From the side menu, select "Call Campaigns".
Click "Create Campaigns" in the top-right corner, or click the "+ Start Your First Call Campaign" icon.
2. Fill in the Campaign Details
Enter the required campaign details:
Name: Give your campaign a name.
Agent: Select the agent who will make the calls.
Phone Number: Choose the number to use for outgoing calls.
💡 You can associate multiple phone numbers with a single AI agent. Contact the Support Team for more info.
3. Import the CSV File with Contacts
Click "Select file" to upload the CSV file containing the phone numbers to be called.
Make sure the first row of your file includes column names (e.g., "Phone Number", "Contact Name", etc.).
Column Mapping
Use the "Column Mapping Setup" icon to match your file's columns (on the left) with the supported variables (on the right).
Before uploading the CSV file, ensure that the first row contains column headers. This allows the data to be mapped correctly in the next step, as shown in the example images below.
4. Schedule the Calls
Click "Any time" to open the dropdown menu.
Choose the day and time you want the calls to be placed.
Retry Behavior
Define how many retry attempts the agent should make if a call fails.
Set the interval time between each attempt.
Choose the start date and time for your campaign.
Set the correct Timezone.
5. Set the Performance Mode
Choose how you want to control the number of calls made:
Dynamic: Call limits are managed in Settings > Call limits.
Fixed: Manually define the maximum number of calls for the campaign.
6. Notification Settings
In the "Notification Preferences" section, you can:
Add email addresses to receive campaign updates.
Enable or disable specific notification types based on your preferences.
7. Launch the Campaign
Review the uploaded CSV data shown in the left panel.
When you're ready, click "Start now" to activate the campaign.
Note: The campaign will begin only at the scheduled date and time you’ve set.
8. Manage the Campaign
Overview
View a summary of your campaign from the "Overview" section.
Click "Duplicate" to clone the campaign, or click the 🗑️ icon to delete it.
Settings
Edit your campaign settings in the "Settings" section.
Calls
View a history of all calls made in the "Calls" section.
Your Call Campaign is Ready to Launch!
You’ve completed the setup. Romulus will now handle all calls based on your configured parameters.
