Create a Voice AI Agent using predefined templates

Automate your call center management with the help of artificial intelligence.

Getting Started

  1. Access your dashboard.

  2. From the side menu, select “Agents”

  3. Click “New Agent” in the top-right corner.


Configure Your AI Agent

  • Select “Start from a Template” to choose a ready-to-use agent model.

  • Browse the list of predefined templates, each designed for a specific use case.

  • After selecting the template, click “Choose Agent.”

You’ll then access the Overview section, where you can further customize the agent according to your needs.


Setting Up Your AI Agent

Step 1: Overview

This section provides:

  • A summary of the 3 key steps to ensure the Voice AI Agent functions correctly.

  • An overview of call activity and usage.

  • The "Duplicate" icon (top right) to clone the agent.

Test the Voice AI Agent:
Enter your mobile number in the box on the right to initiate a test call.
This allows you to fine-tune the agent’s performance before going live.


Step 2: Configuration

This is where you define the Voice AI’s behavior:

  • Voice tone, personality, and actions are controlled through the Prompt in the “Prompt” section.

Step 3: Calls

Here you can:

  • View the call log.

  • Replay conversations handled by the Agent.


Step 4: Settings

In this section, you can:

  • Set up your agent’s basic configuration.

  • Delete or restore the Agent.

Helpful Tips:

  • Use “Office” as background noise to create more natural conversations.

  • Choose a voice that aligns with your Agent’s profile.


Step 5: Integrations

Explore all available integrations.

For example:
If you want the agent to manage bookings, connect your Google Calendar.
This allows the agent to access availability and sync appointments seamlessly.

Your Voice AI Agent is now ready to use!
