In addition to a subscription, WhatsApp charges you according to the Meta conversations-based model. Beginning on June 1st, 2023, Meta implemented a new conversation-based pricing for all businesses globally sending WhatsApp messages. WhatsApp Business Accounts are now charged per conversation depending on the contact’s country code and new conversation categories. This new pricing structure includes benefits such as free 1000 monthly Service conversations and free conversations started from the Click-to-WhatsApp ads or the button on your Facebook Business page / IG account.
